Daily Duties at Avamere:

In my current position I manage long-term vent dependent patients; including weaning, vent management, trach management, education, and attend physician rounds. I stock supplies, staff open shifts, train students and new employees, and submit protocols for process improvements after confirming with the team that everyone is on board.
