• Leads product development initiatives and next generation transition development to successful outcomes • Coaches and develops team of over 150 employees in successfully implementing Agile Scrum methodology • Directs efficient team reorganization, and recruits, hires and conducts disciplinary actions • Transformed team from low performers to high performing success story in under two years • Implements processes and procedures which significantly improves shipping time • Oversees portfolio of $2 Billion in annual revenue, and ensures on time deliveries, exceptional project management practices, and increased product quality • Facilitates and tracks studio ‘Green-light’ process for new concepts and ideas • Charged with resource management function for the SPORTS Label and implemented Agile Scrum process • Introduced and maintains common process frameworks, standardized tools, and languages • Implemented balanced scorecard planning and created studio scorecard for performance measurement • Established dashboards with leading predictability indicators • Facilitates learning as Hansoft Project Manager Certified Trainer • Organizes game submissions with Legal, Manufacturing, and first party to ensure timely product launches • Directs and develops game development operational strategies, project plans, and methodologies for all Studio SKU’s (Madden, Tiger Woods PGA, NCAA, and MMA franchises) • Responsible for studio development of predictive quality, and organizes and coordinates P&L’s for game teams • Standardizes and enforces corporations development practices and consistently reduces cost • Reports on project status, risk mitigation, and action items for multiple SKU’s in the studio • Implements processes and procedures to successfully track record guarantee and on-time product delivery through progressive team and time management of over 100 staff, programmers, artists, and producers
