Local hospital/health system auditor in charge of up to 4 other auditors. Project leader coordinating up to 20 others in delivering specific audits. Responsibilities include risk assessment, audit plan, audit procedures, reporting result, reporting to governance, and follow-up. Audit procedures include identifying objectives, planning procedures to address them, testing, negotiating with management on results and correction, drafting audit reports, reporting to senior management and governance and follow-up.
