Daily Duties at Verizon Communications:

Acted as single point of contact for a group of assigned customer account with large revenue and complex products. Managed any interactions from the customer order through billing to ensure customer satisfaction. Proactively managed the customer's service needs to ensure customer satisfaction and meet their expectations. Promotes revenue growth, retention and overall customer satisfaction. Serve as the conduit and escalation point for expectation problem management for issues in the areas of repairs, order entry, order validation, service activation, test and turn up, disconnects and billing.
