Daily Duties at Thrifty Oil:
Supervise office staff (3) for dispatching oil deliveries, and insure correct info is being provided to the drivers Oversee daily operations in the office Perform data entry duties as needed Responsible for customer collections Monitor and provide Acting manager as needed Responsibledaily, weekly or monthly reports of customer activity and incorrect deliveries to respective personnel Assist in answering incoming calls and handling complaints Work closely with the service department to provide excellent customer service Training new hires, and continuous training Responsible for updating manual policies and procedures
