Daily Duties at Genesis Consepts And Consultants (Do D Contractor):

As CTP Management Analyst: Provide office automation support to the CBWTU; Use analytical ability, judgment, and discretion to respond to requests for information from various information systems; Use organizational and record management skills for information collection; design, prepare, edit and update data and records within various information systems; Conduct coordination with higher level information specialists; Perform historical information research and response operations as directed; Access historical information systems to support written and oral responses. Locate, retrieve analyze and present historical information requested formats; operate a variety of office equipment and perform an assorted list of administrative and analytical duties; Works directly with Company Commander; Ensures quality execution of the processes within aCTP/AWCTS; Extracts Reports and manages data for the Commander; Serves as local subject matter expert on the aCTP/AWCTS system and provides training and support to unit staff as needed; Collects and submits support request, bug reports, CTP Analyst must correspond with CTP Analyst from WTU; Maintain, update, and expedite all changes on all Soldiers assigned to CBWTU-AL; Brief all in-processing Soldiers of the changes and expectation ; troubleshoot all problems and report to necessary support system in order to provide a timely resolution; Recommend function and organization changes in regards to AWCTS; As Transition Coordinator: Serve as local subject matter expert; Assist Soldiers in transitioning by finding internships or meaningful employment that will benefit them as they transition from active duty; Conduct meetings with federal organizations to obtain internships for the Soldiers; Assist Regional OWF Coordinator to create a meaningful and resourceful CER Program at CBWTU-AL; Provide employment information to Soldiers, brief soldiers on resources, and responsibilities to CER Program; Successfully helped 85% of Soldiers who are involved in federal internship obtain employment through the internship, 50% success rate in Soldier transitioning into educational opportunities. Additional Duties: Assist command staff with all clerical duties, request and receive medical documentation needed for WT’s(Warriors in Transition), take minutes during meetings, create and keep accurate logs and spreadsheets on WT’s and Cadre, research issues as requested by supervisors, all filing, create initial files for in processing WT’s, in process new WT’s, distributed information to Case Managers, Medical Officer, and Platoon Sergeants, maintain schedule, create rewards as necessary for Cadre transitioning out of unit, maintain open line of communication with other CBWTU’s and CTP POC/CTP Analysts/Transition Coordinators in order to obtain necessary documentations needed to in process soldier, request orders as needed from appropriate personnel, maintain confidentiality and positive work atmosphere. Also maintain records in MODS, create orders and travel vouchers in DTS, acted as DTS Approval Agent, maintain CTP and EMILPO (AAA-162). I am also back up personnel for LNO (PAD) and ADMIN.
