Daily Duties at Hitachi:
Responsible for sales growth within existing as well as new accounts by on site training and motivation of direct and indirect sales team, introducing new products and attending regional sales meetings on a monthly basis. This lead to a sales increase of 9.2% the first year and 7.5% in the second year. *Added innovative new products along with marketing literature. * Attended monthly regional trade shows to promote new products and ideas to distribution network. Responsible for the overall profitability of company, not just the industrial roller chain division. Monthly review of entire company P & L, responsible for employees and expenses in all departments, product and new sales development for entire company. Attended annual board meeting with directors from Japan and reviewed entire company performance. Increased profitability of company by implementing new cost control system for expenses and holding weekly employee training sessions. Increased overall bottom line by 4.5 % in first year of new processes. * Strategic planning for 1,3 and 5 year business plan. * Preform annual budget review * Create new sales and expense budget for entire company. *Maintain collaborative relationship with company members in Japan, Taiwan and China to explore business project leads for future business/company growth. * *
