Daily Duties at Adco Services, Inc.:

Complete responsible for increasing sales average sales increase of 20% per year by convincing prospective customers we were better than our competition because; * We provided outstanding service.. call back in 30 minutes, service technician visit within 1 hour 24/7 * Innovative billing programs where the onus was on us to control customer cost/expense. * Introduce new products including EPA approved green product. * Held monthly training meetings with key employees andmanagers. * Held quarterly reviews/meetings with owners and GM's to ensure we were doing what we told them we would. * Showed a minimum of 14% savings on chemical expense vs competition. * Sold and maintained lowest water and electric consuming commercial dishwashers. * Supplied customers with 100% free lifetime parts and labor warranty on all new equipment they purchases. P&L, hiring and training of service technicians * Monthly training sessions for all service technicians. * Sent service technicians to manufacturers for on site training. as well as delivery and warehousing personnel. Inventory procurement and management.. chose suppliers that had highest quality products and offered us the best possible price, developed relationships with suppliers that was beneficial to both of us. * Invoicing all customers on a timely basis. *AR.. collected all invoices that were over 35 days. * Instituted new program to reduce receivables over 45 days from 42% of business to 5% of total sales. Responsible for development and execution of overall business plan, systems, planning, marketing and profitability of company. Develop relationships with local suppliers, bring new products to marketplace while improving overall company profitability. Visited customer base weekly to maintain proper inventory levels and customer relationship. Held weekly training sessions for customers to ensure employees were using product in correct manner enabling customer base to control their overall chemical expense.
