Daily Duties at Swisher:
Develop, manage and control profits, plans budget while maintaining financial reporting, analysis and forecasting. Streamline processes to improve efficiency. Hire and continually develop staff to not only meet current but future requirements of company. Assess operational challenges, opportunities and business strategy and devise corrective action plans when needed. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with local suppliers that will lead to improved operations and product cost reduction. *Financial reporting and analysis. *Streamline process to improve efficiency. * Assessment of capital expenditures request, ROI and savings once implemented. *Assess operational challenges, opportunities and business strategy. *Lead weekly branch/sales meeting, weekly operations meeting, monthly financial review and yearly strategic planning meeting.
