Developing transport & logistics policies, procedures and standards. Preparing & managing transport & logistics budgets, monitoring expenditure and implementing remedial measures where appropriate. Responsible for sub-contracting companies and hiring additional employees as needed. Oversaw all sub-contracting companies and employees through the overall outlined vision. Evaluate proposals and estimates given by structural vendors. Responsible for evaluating and approving all bids for specific jobs, and personnel.
