Daily Duties at Prgx Global:
Training of support personnel on customized computer software system, and general administrative process. Auditing Accounting payable invoices for clients. Data Entry of A/P invoices, previous claims and deals into customized accounting software package. Training and supervision of Direct Claims assistant and Keyer personnel. Updating daily claim management system for management relates to month end billings. Also supervising 50 data entry personnel for daily basis including productivity and works. Also, responsible for Copying, fax, filling as needed.
