Daily Duties at Swisher:

Manage, train and motivate sales and service staff to increase organic sales within existing customer base. Reduce cost while maintaining a staff of ten employees. Oversee territory sales of $4.2 MIL. Instituted "Ride along" program with Account Managers to improve their product knowledge, train regarding upselling into existing accounts. Analyze weekly sales reports by territory including both direst and distributor sales. Host monthly training meetings with local distributor to educate their employees about our products and services. Developed marketing plan for the region when new products were announced. Developed training material for monthly meetings with end users of our products.. including new products, safety issues and complete information regarding OSHA and Haz-Mat information.
