Daily Duties at Prgx Global:

Assist with themonthly close of the domestic general ledger including the preparation of journal entries, the reconciliation of inter-company balances and the investigation of any discrepancies o unusual activity that may arise. Over see the data entry of journal entries and insure that all system generated reports are produced as needed. Responsible in financial reporting as well as month end reports. Responsible for preparation of financial schedules for the monthly management report. Responsible for reconciliations of general ledger accounts, general disbursement cash, rebate, bank accounts and other variable accounts. Responsible for all rebate calculations and reports. All aspects of Accounts payable and accounts receivable including reviewing and processing and payment distribution. Prepare journal entries, post, balance and cost accounting analysis. Compile daily, monthly, quaterly, and annual reports as required by managements. Comminications with Co-workers, managements, vendors, customers, and clients. Also responsible for Government,state and federal quarterly tax filings. Perform SOX testing for assigned areas. Responsible daily balancing of various report systems such as billing, SAP and Data warehouse. Responsible for managed expense accounts as well as income statements. Production and distribution of monthly and ad hoc reports to firm management. Also responsible for payroll accounts.
