Responsible for preparation and monitoring of $18,000,000 budget, which includes a workers’ compensation insurance trust, a liability insurance trust, an unemployment compensation trust and two other municipal government membership organizations Prepare financial reports for board of directors for all six entities Monitor cash flow, investments and preparation of general ledger Responsible for payroll process and administration of employee benefits
