Daily Duties at Neiman Marcus:
•Responsible for assisting with decisions, data, and operational aspects regarding the customers or prospects promoted for retail mailings •Recommends criteria and quantities for direct mailings in all channels: Neiman Marcus Stores, Neiman Marcus Direct, and Bergdorf Goodman • Accesses NMG databases to analyze, pull and maintain history of customers to select for mailings • Organizes and communicate final decisions on specific selections for mailings to internal and external vendors • Develops a clear understanding of models to maximize data in final decision processes for mailings • Analyzes all mailings on a rolling basis to understand business impact and adapt future mailings, utilizing Business Objects and other software • Assists with monthly forecasts for all NMD mailings, maintain schedules and history of mailing projects
