• Managed day to day loan processing and branch operations, coordinated work flow and communicated new policies and procedures to loan officers as needed and ensured loan officers adhered to these policies • Guided 8 loan officers in selecting the appropriate lender(s) for their client’s needs. Once identified, negotiated with lender(s) on rates and terms • Developed creative personal budgeting strategies for clients, improving their chances when qualifying for loans and obtaining the best interest rates. Strong accounting skills. • Partnered with banks, insurance agencies, underwriters, appraisers, and home inspectors
