Daily Duties at Sam's Club:
Held several positions including Night Lead, Grocery Team Lead, Accounting Associate, Sales Floor Associate, Cashier, Check Out Supervisor. Maintain sales floor standards in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchase decisions, resolving issues and concerns. Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product. Assist management with the supervision of associates by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback teaching and ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures, and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates. Plan work based on business priorities and explain to others what is needed to get work done. Ensure work is completed to expectation, execute plans and manages own and others' time so that priorities are met. Gives other support and information they need to get results. Organizes tasks and makes sure they are completed on time. Guide and teach associates on how to perform work.
