Daily Duties at Siemens Industry, Inc.:

• Managed general administrative cost centers, including procurement, T&E expense and corporate purchase card issuance. Reconciled charges placed on corporate cards to ensure compliance with corporate policies. • Managed the activities and coordinated the schedules of the Vice President, his Finance Administrator, and respective staff members (20 Full-time Employees); administered special projects and managed timelines established by the Vice President. • Made complex domestic and international travel arrangements. • Obtained new passports and renewed passports for Vice President, Finance Head, and respective staff members (20 FTEs). • Scheduled, prepared agenda, attended, and recorded action items at monthly executive staff meetings. • Scheduled, organized and coordinated all onsite and offsite domestic and international meetings, including but not limited to managing invitations, tracking responses, coordinating speakers, entertainment, transportation, dining, presentation materials, budgets, and technological needs. • Developed a method to improve the Security NPS score of -15.2% for December 2009 to 20.78% for February 2010. • Created purchase orders and set-up vendors in SAP. • Onboarded all new and temporary employees.
