Provided primary support to the Chief Operating Officer and handled all administrative tasks for the nightclub division for a concert promoter. Created and maintained show settlement databases, generated and tracked weekly/monthly/yearly financial reports, traveled to Denver to help with the opening of a new Fillmore nightclub, kept the COO's calendar, scheduled all meetings, conference calls and travel arrangements, acted as a liaison between tour managers and concert venues and between the office and concert venues, handled all donation requests, managed up to date expense reporting, managed department interns, coordinated upkeep and repair of office equipment, ordered office supplies
