Supported the Chairman doing calendaring on Outlook, scheduling meetings and conference calls, kept up to date expense reports for Chairman and two other executives, arranged travel for multiple executives, processed artist and venue contracts for over 350 shows per year efficiently and accurately on a daily basis, facilitated artist, manager, agent and tour manager requests (dinner reservations at exclusive restaurants, bay cruises, finding a doctor available 24 hours per day for a sick band member and getting baseball playoff tickets, all at the last possible minute), drafted written responses and handled correspondence not requiring personal attention of the Chairman, set up meetings and took minutes, followed up on action items, handled all donation requests, managed department interns, acted as a liaison between the office and the landlord, coordinated upkeep and repair of office equipment, ordered office and kitchen supplies
