Planned, and negotiated the opening of first of its kind business in Palm Beach County. Operated as a mortgage brokerage/lender/net branch (similar to a franchise) through Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corporation. Originated, underwrote the credit documents and appraisals, then closed FHA, VA FNMA, FHLMC, various portfolio loans, subprime, & construction loans, including both sold and speculative units as well as fixed and revolving lines of credit, all types of commercial loans, USDA and Rural Development loans with various investors and banks throughout the United States and Canada. Accountable for all loan production, accounting, budgeting, compliance matters, account payables, advertising and auditing.
