Strategic Analyst/Project Lead on-site at the Pentagon eight and a half years supporting Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) with objective advice through analytical assessments in business strategy, manpower planning, policy analysis and management controls. Responsibilities included managing the $300M Army Automated Installation Entry Program (AIE), Compiled funding requirements and submitted to HQDA leadership, interfaced with the prime contractors and procurement entities for scheduling an program milestones and equipment purchase and install, conducted on-site installation traffic assessments with the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), provided Physical Security input to USACE for the Army Installation Access Control Point Standard Design, go-to person for Army Chemical, Nuclear and Biological Materials physical security policy development, interfaced daily with Army leadership compiling and reviewing Congressional responses, concept papers, white papers, information papers, presentation materials and technical reports
