Daily Duties at The Kor Group:
Responsible for all accounting functions for multiple residential projects in downtown Los Angeles as well as a hotel being renovated in Miami Beach, Florida. Supervised a staff of three clerks and was responsible for the monthly submission of loan draws to various lenders. Worked with lenders' staff as well as the company's project management team to resolve any budget issues, mechanics' liens, etc.
