Numerous roles and promotions, levels of responsibility in the 8 years, including: Senior Vice President, BPO Operations (2011-2012) – Primary duties focused on serving one of several key executives involved in pre-merger integration discussions. Promoted post-merger to newly created P&L role for all business process outsourcing facilities for the combined company. Responsible for all domestic operations of both former companies with 16 operating facilities, and $175 million in annual revenue. Division Vice President, Solutions Engineering and Implementation 2010-2011) – Responsible for executive management of functional areas consisting of solution engineering (pre-sale), implementation and program management (contracted business), and performance engineering (continual improvement – Six Sigma). Promoted to Division VP from Regional Operations VP based on achieved results, and the corporate need for successful implementation of record revenue growth in 2010. Regional Vice President, Operations (2004-2010) – Charged with operations and P&L responsibilities for numerous facilities, customer satisfaction, contractual obligations, personnel development, and the western region until July 2008, then assigned to the east region. Managed the eastern region consisted of 13 operating facilities, 800 personnel, and $75 million annual revenue.
