Vice President Operations, Customer Solutions Division – Scope of duties consist of managing a newly formed division within the corporation, reporting directly to COO. Responsible for global P&L operations consisting of domestic and offshore processing centers with more than 1,700 personnel, including attainment of client service level performance/management, revenue growth (organic and non-organic), and organizational structure to support the business unit.
