Daily Duties at Lagasse:
Were 12 distribution centers that reported into my network. Full P&L responsibility, training and development, productivity enhancements, Staffing requirements, metrics and KPI for each center to roll up into division. Revenues that exceeded over 190,000,000 yearly with 115 associates in centers ranging from 50,000 sq. ft. to 250,000 sq. ft..
