Daily Duties at Shamrock Foods:
Distribution Center of 1,000,000 sq. ft and lead the conventional pick group in dry/cooler/freezer areas. Includes also all non conveyable product that is loaded with conveyed product for over 140 trailers nightly. Lead the training initiatives and responsible for quality in a Lean environment. Daily and weekly scheduling along with managing yearly time off schedules. responsible to ensure metrics are achieved.
