Daily Duties at Pragmactics:

 Maintain active engagement in the migration, troubleshooting, and training on Windows 7 for the Department of State, including closed net secret systems on a class net network  Leverage technical expertise in providing support to tier 2, particularly in diagnosing, resolving, and repairing hardware, software, and network issues  Provide guidance and direction to UNIX, IBM, VAX, and PC based systems administration and maintenance  Demonstrate expertise in the analysis, specification, development, integration, and acquisition of systems  Render expert oversight to junior team members, particularly in planning, managing, and executing complex tasks and functions
