Daily Duties at Lps Capital Markets:

Managed multiple due diligence projects including credit and compliance related reviews both onsite and remotely through all phases, including setup, underwriting, QC, trailing and final close-out. Responsible for acting as client liaison to discuss data discrepancies and compliance related issues as they were identified during the reviews. When necessary developed data scripts for new product lines and performed (UAT) testing. Served as junior compliance officer to handle pre-payment and late fee violations as well as basic TILA requirements. Processed high volumes of trailing documentation to clear underwriting conditions on open projects to ensure timely delivery of final reports. Reviewed lender and client requirements to ensure trailing documentation was within scope of the review process. When necessary performed due diligence underwriting to assist with production requirements.
