Daily Duties at Bank Of America:

Directly involved in monitoring processes for Quality Assurance and (LOB) Line of Business Segments, targeting issues that impact production, quality and performance metrics. Work with business partners to create and implement process and or procedure changes to resolve identified problem areas. Additional responsibilities include analyzing data and participating in (UAT) User Acceptance Testing of new and existing data reports, auditing, and generating reports for upper management. Performed (PPQC) Post Production Quality Control audit reviews to determine if LOB segments were following documented procedures and policies. Identified gaps in procedures or associate errors, recommending corrective actions plans as needed to management. Acted as a (SME) Subject Matter Expert during Re-Deployment efforts for Reps and Warrants. Cross trained in GSE, PLS and MI segments in order to support Re-Deployment efforts.
