Daily Duties at Aramark Corporation:

 Manager charged with leading the ARAMARK team office, with a total managed revenue of $3M.  Streamline office operations in order to maximize team’s efficiency and productivity.  Oversee payroll, accounts receivable, billing, staffing, and timecard operations for 325+ EVS and Transportation department employees.  Efficiently track employee attendance, in accordance with hospital policy for human resources. Also regulate progressive discipline.  Direct all travel and logistics for the corporate ARAMARK business team in the mid-Atlantic region, using Concur Expense Reporting/AXIOM.  Coordinate, plan, and execute regional corporate training sessions.  Manage and update all EVS and Transportation department employee files.  Arrange General Manager’s calendar and coordinate all meetings and travel.  Spearhead office inventory management, department purchasing orders, accounts receivable, and billing.  Serve as the on-site ARAMARK representative to union and as the key contact for communication and coordination of meetings with union delegates.
