October 2005 – June 07 Contracts Administrator – Comprehensive Health Services, Inc(CHS)., Cape Canaveral, Florida. (Medical Pre-Employment Exam and Emergency Medical Readiness) • Established Contract Kickoff process and reporting matrixes for executive team. • Managed 10 contracts in 1M value range including IDIQ, T&M, and FFP. • Developed new contract monitoring process for improved efficiency. • Managed 2 major government contracts over 30M in value each. • Developed Contract funding tracking and worked closely with finance department. • Developed excellent relationships with internal divisions and customers. • Responsible for both Commercial and Government Contracts. • Negotiated Independent Sub-Contract Agreements and Non-Disclosures for the contracts assigned. • Supervised Contracts Assistant in monitoring a database of 500+ subcontracts and non-disclosures. • Met required reporting deadlines for executive management. • Became Small Business Liaison and responsible for government submission of Small Business Reports. • Managed and negotiated all subcontracts for the Emergency Medical Katrina effort in Texas.
