Daily Duties at Modern Health Inc:

• Responsible for managing billing departments to enable all accounts receivable to be collected in a timely and efficient manner optimizing cash flow for the company. Responsible for data integrity including documentation that supports billing decisions; coordinates cross departmental collaboration related to internal and external audits. • Provide leadership in the areas of supervision, workflow efficiency, departmental policy, staffing, and interdepartmental relations. Coordinates with Human Resources on issues related to direct reports. Plans for future goals of the Pharmacy and extrapolates into individual goals. • Assesses operational strengths and weaknesses to develop a plan to improve both. Reviews not yet billed reports to expedite the billing and reimbursement process. Creates and runs reports regularly to monitor productivity and to gage outstanding account receivable. • Analyzes current processes to determine cost/ benefit and creates plans to maximize profitability. Monitors and handles any pharmacy audits. • Oversees overall company operations and monitors progress in relation to company and individual goals. Guides supervisors through the process of motivating staff dedication and work ethic and upgrading staff where necessary
