- Performed practice valuations including production volumes, revenues, payors, overhead percentages and compensation. - Performed due diligence as it related to acquiring physician practices. - Prepared annual budget including supporting documentation (volumes, FTE’s, contractuals, capital, balance sheet and cash flow analysis). - Prepared monthly financial statements by practice and summarized for presentation to senior management. - Calculated quarterly bonuses for physicians and was responsible for all bonus planning (cash flow / accruals) as well as meeting with the physicians and their spouses to review the calculations. - Prepared monthly journal entries, trial balance review, and accruals to complete month-end closing requirements (5 companies, 30 physicians).
