- Directed the management of the Information Services Department which includes a staff of 15 with 3 defined groups including Clinical applications, Revenue Cycle applications and Physician / Ambulatory applications. - Annual Budgeting (Operating and Capital) - Resource and goal planning for staff that rolled up to management and company Strategic Plan. Recently installed Kronos Analytics including productivity benchmarking both daily and bi-weekly in order to assist VP / Directors with the facilitation of FTE management.
