• Managed Remarketing Operations for Ford Motor Company including Ford Credit, Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo and Mazda in Southern California with thousands of vehicles wholesaled annually and hundreds of millions of dollars in annual transactions • Managed Auctions and Vendors to ensure all factory guidelines were met • Experienced with multiple staff locations, both inside office staff and outside vehicle staff • Directed and approved vehicle repairs, controlled the quality of repairs, established sales line-up, managed vehicle inventory along with vehicle sales and transfer of funds. • Paint and Body repair estimation, Frame damage, and vehicle modifications
