Daily Duties at Extreme Networks Inc:
• Provide support to Sr. Business Partners and Recruiters • Manage hiring for personnel (full-time, part-time, contracted) Schedule initial and exit interview; schedule candidate travel and reimbursement • Assist with employee relations • Business Partner of Finance and Legal Organizations • Process sensitive material, including performance reviews, stock issues, bonuses and terminations • Responsible for all new hire information into the HRIS Oracle System • Manage monthly headcount reports and payroll extractions and new hires • Oversee HR information systems (HRIS) associated with collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities • Process all offers from start to finish for all US and Latin America, updating and generating weekly, monthly and quarterly staffing reports • Advanced System Administrator for the Trovix Applicant Tracking System • Manage Employee Referral Program and Education Reimbursement
