Daily Duties at Pro Unlimited @ Lsi Corp:
• Manage Weekly New Hire Processing. Confirm new hires with recruiters each week; Send out new hire welcome email weekly; Manage logistical items for new hire orientation; Check onboarding tasks for new hires; Follow-up with hiring manager on logistics of new employees – especially if the manager sits in a different location than the new hire, etc. • Heavy Outlook calendaring, candidate contact and escorting during interviews, preparing material for candidate, etc; communicating with parties on status; working with exec admins; managing candidate and interviewer experience. • Review background check results of prospective new hires. • Process Employee Referral Payments on a monthly basis. Run Employee Referral reports; confirm eligibility of those noted to receive employee referral award; submit spreadsheet to Payroll. • Send out Monthly Manager Survey and New Employee Survey and analyze results, prepare reports. • Process all administrative tasks related to contracts for Global Staffing Vendors: Collect signed contracts, upload contracts to SharePoint folder, open Vendor Purchase Requisitions, track invoices, and add funds to existing PO’s, Regularly communicate with HR Controller & Contract Administrator. • Manage Global Staffing SharePoint page in conjunction with other team members. Be able to do document updates, link updates, and related misc updates to LSI site. Help with the Global College Recruiting SharePoint page, manage resumes, uploads & permissions for hiring managers. • Scan intern and NCG resumes from college career fairs and upload to Share Point College Page. Attend University Recruiting events in CA, as requested.
