• Responsible for everything IT. Costs, budgeting, project management, resource management, day-to-day operations and communications • Regularly met with members of the Senior Management Team to establish strategies, expectations and develop a meaningful, integrated Roadmap of project work • Point of contact for Corporate and Division based project activities conducted within the facility • Management of Direct Reports. Conducted goal setting activities, completed performance reviews, developed growth plans, established promotional expectations, hired contract labor, assigned daily tasks, assigned project related work, monitored and assigned customer service break/fix tickets using Remedy ITSM System, time/project managed resources 1, 3 and 6 months out • Worked with Division and Market IT&S Directors to establish discretionary budgets. • Integral member of numerous facility based committees bringing IT solutions to solve facility issues • Responsible for integration and deployment of iPads for Board of Directors, Senior Management Team and Facility Department Directors • Interfaced with facility teams to complete construction projects on time and within budget • Participated in a broad range of Corporate and Division projects including Hardware and Software implementations, upgrades and patching • Conducted meetings with geographically dispersed teams driving project scope, reviewing project status, identifying and remediating roadblocks and discussing lessons learned
