Daily Duties at Prgx Global:

Responsible Multi millions Client for daily disbursement/recovery audits of major retail/distribution clients, specializing in Retail, pharmaceuticals, Grocery audits such as Ace Hardware, Osco Drug, Walgreens, Ulta, Office Max, Supervalu. Responsible to on a wide variety of areas for evidence of lost revenue, including Pricing, Volume Rebate, Duplicate payments, Freight, Deal pricing. Analyzes and assesses problems regarding client's claim procedures, business operations and financial operations based on appropiate audit concepts. Inspects and evalutes a broad range of client financial information in order to audit and analyze the client's business operations. Products claims using appropriate audit concepts for writing claims, updating claim management system, and billings claim to client. Resposible for coaching audit assistants as well as new senior auditors and staff auditors and off shore audit teams. Assist in the design of project tools and comminicates with management and IT on new processes and communicates new concepts to team. Heavily involved in Accounts payable invoices audits such as pricing, volume rebates, duplicate payments & email-capture auditing. Daily heavily contact to the vendors and client regarding recovery as well as claim concepts. Daily writing a claims - chageback's and contact vendors and or buyers to get for approval process. Daily working with JDedward and SAP system to monitor vendors activities. Participate in organization-wide financial, compliance, operational, and strategic risk assessments.
