Daily Duties at Stericycle:
• Managed multiple 10 accounts, responsible for all communication, logistical activities and client service • Prepared documentation related to waste shipments including but not limited to manifests, labels, and land disposal restriction forms. • Gathered information necessary to prepare client profiles o MSDS sheets o Product inserts o Analytical results and o Approved identifier-submits. • Prepared client profiles for waste facilities • Managed the Spak/WISE Database containing aspects of client projects o Client Record accuracy o Proposal and order preparation o Scheduling of waste transportation and disposition facility appointments • Provided clients with shipping and tracking reports • Coordinated all client needs and requests such as client requested data reports and account summaries, and progress reports • Evaluated all deliverables prepared by the environmental studies team to ensure all internal and governmental regulations and requirements were being met
