Daily Duties at Info Now Corporation:
Manage a staff of 10 to implement software sold by the license sales team and assist sales team in sales cycles and contract negotiations. Create and develop an implementation process to support long term customer health and provide opportunities to product upsell. Ensure customer referenceability for future sales cycles. Develop partnership with Sales staff and product development staff to support roll out and delivery of new functionality. Mentor team to better manage projects and act as solution architects during the sales cycle. Weekly Activities Meet with CEO to review delivery offerings and customer satisfaction status One on One meetings with team members to provide guidance and coaching to increase performance Meet with Product development team to provide enhancement requests and feedback from customers on changes needed Align with Sales Team to position software and services offerings Work with Customer Success team to develop customer roadmpas to increase product footprint at customers
