Daily Duties at Contra For Projects & Development:
•Managing Mobinil (GSM provider in Egypt) project as CONTRA is direct contractor in Mobinil, working in the field of rollout, production, constructing & maintaining BTS, BSC, and transmission sites plus repairs & extra works working all over Egypt with Motorola and Alcatel, handling a team of 5 Engineers and 20 technicians. Responsible for finalizing the site layout, scope of work, technical specifications and final acceptance • Supervision on the Installation and commissioning of Horison2 BTS, BSC, Eltek rectifier, • Handling material request and subcontractors management • Support for building-up local project organization and training of local staff and subcontractors Follow up and supervision on different phases of deployment process Site acquisition, civil works, Material request Design and final acceptance, Invoicing and payment follow up
