Daily Duties at Instinet Corporation:
1. Managed teams of Systems and Database Administratorsthat provided 1st, 2nd and 3rd levels of services for all Unix, HP, Linux and Windows based platforms which consisted of over 2,000 servers 2. Managed teams of Data Center Operations and Network Support Analysts covering 8 regional data center facilities throughout North and South America 3. Managed team of professionals of Relationship Managers, Business and Financial Analysts with overall accountability for $380M infrastructure budget. 4. Hired as a transformational leader to improve efficiencies within Global Infrastructure team and reduce operating costs. 5. Planned and managed the recovery efforts of the World Trade Center disasters of 2001. Data Centers were fully operational the following Monday of those disasters.
