1. Established and maintained a single accountable governance function for aligning all IT initiatives to business objectives which met a monthly basis 2. Collaborated and ensured roadmaps for all IT initiatives were consistently updated and available 3. Held monthly review sessions that provided transparency into 400m Euros of Infrastructure related costs. Ensured these costs were aligned to application owners or worker costs throughout all levels of Investment Banking Divisions as well as aligned to either ITIL or SDLC processes. 4. Actively supported and drove all Talent review processes including succession planning and semi-annual review processes. 5. Directly managed large, complex global initiatives that involved multiple internal and external functional operational areas, cross divisional application product managers and different business segments. 5. Defining and tracking key organizational milestones while developing, maintaining and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan for business partners. 6. Lead all transformational initiatives throughout organization and partnered with business owners 7. Accountable for providing transparency into ITIL and SDLC performance data and making recommendations for improving those operational and development processes 8. Accountable for ensuring organization budget \ expense management processes are being followed by all IT teams
