• Led Project Managers and multiple teams of Business Analysts and Business Systems Analysts within the Insurance and Annuities Program Management Office to support an annual project agenda of approximately $40MM • Owner of Business Requirements practice and Business Testing (UAT) practice • Implemented automated testing with HP Quality Center / ALM • Familiar with all aspects of SDLC / followed CMMI methodology • Owner of BAU / Enhancement process for a product line and related admin system ($1MM+ annual budget) • Manage pool of 30 employees plus up to 15 consultant resources • Manage vendor relationships with consulting resource firms • Manage core budget of approximately $3.5MM
