Designed and oversaw projects that utilized up to 15 technical resources over multiple timeframes. Applied in-depth understanding of networking, TCP/IP , voice, video, and structured cabling to collaborate with sales team in the presentation of customized technical solutions for a diversity of businesses, educational institutions and manufacturing plants. Contributed to technical proposals, aligned resources, oversaw project deliverables and served as the liaison between sales personnel, engineers, and end user to ensure project deliverables were met. Reassessed pro blem areas as project phases were completed and designed solutions.  Led the successful delivery of 50 projects over a 2-year period. Served as project leader on an average of 6 simultaneous projects of differing size and complexity. Notable projects included the installation of an IP Surveillance System for a Petroleum Plant, several new Windows Server Installation for major clients, and the installation of an Access Control System for a tech lab.  Became an Axis Certified Professional, the worldwide leader of intelligent IP surveillance products including IP network cameras, analog to digital encoders, access control, and Video Management Software. Managed projects where these projects where overall design, presentation, implementation, and training were provided to commercial clients
