Daily Duties at Texas A&M University San Antonio:

Responsible for the day to day operations of the Admission Office, including planning, managing and evaluating all recruiting and admissions activities for the College. Attended various recruiting events by representing the Texas A&M San Antonio campus. Incumbent in the day to day operations of the Registrar’s Office, including processing all add/drops, withdrawals, name changes, change of majors, transcript requests, etc. Coordinate registration events at the Palo Alto College campus for “University Registration Days”. Engaged in the day to day operations of the Financial Aid Office, including planning, managing and evaluating all incoming financial aid documents such as consortium agreements, verification documents, and loan documents. Advise students on various state, federal, and local financial aid programs available to students. Responsible for the day to day operations of the Veteran Affairs Office, ensured that all paperwork was submitted completely so that students could be certified by the VA Regional Office. Advised transfer students for the College of Business and for the College of Arts & Sciences on various degree plans. Acted as liaison for students between Texas A&M-Kingsville and Palo Alto College in regards to referrals with counseling services, career services, tutoring, student activities, and disability services. Serve as initial contact for student related issues or grievances. Served as second in command to the Executive Director and assisted in the budgeting and monitoring processes of the extension campus.
