Daily Duties at Texas A&M University San Antonio:
Focusing on data driven factors, build and enhance enrollment processes and strategies to achieve the universities enrollment goals. Guide and direct the lifecycle of all new transfer student recruitment process from initial student inquiry stage through the final registration stage. Transition any remaining functions within Enrollment Management from Texas A&M University-Kingsville to Texas A&M University-San Antonio. Provided guidance in the creation and implementation of reports that monitor enrollment management activities that would help in the achievement of enrollment goals. Served as the liaison among other colleges/universities within Enrollment Management departments such as Texas A&M University Kingsville, Alamo Colleges (PAC, SAC, SPC, NEC, and NVC), Coastal Bend, Southwest Texas Junior College, and CAFÉ College just to name a few. I provided guidance and advice to the V.P. of Student Affairs during the project development and implementation of student service offices such as career services, recruitment, advising center, counseling services, admissions, registrar, financial aid, veteran affairs office, one-stop-shop customer service center, call center, student activities, etc.
