• Federal senior executive service. Direct report to HHS CIO. Led delivery of administrative, scientific, and healthcare systems to HHS. Member of HHS CIO Council and CTO Council. HRLOB executive. • Strategy and Oversight for: Medicare/Medicaid Appeals Case Management, Unified Financial Management System, HRLOB IT and Operations Modernization, Procurement IT, Electronic Health Record • Implemented rollout for Agile development, ITIL-based operations, and SaaS-based new systems • Oversee 250+ federal and contract staff and a $100 million annual budget providing HHS-wide application development, application management and O&M services, and IT project management as a Shared Service • Executive oversight for Federal Occupational Health electronic health record program • Responsible for maintaining relationships with HHS Operating and Staff Division executives, and making compelling investment proposals to the HHS Secretary and Deputy Secretary
